A 2.3m € luxury fashion brand was struggling with online sales. After a full audit of the team and system, we implemented big structural changes like a new streamlined team and a new Ecom platform. We made some investment in creative content and refocused the digital marketing strategy. As a result, we managed to grow online sales x 15 in 4 years and achieved a much higher ROI with our marketing spend.

A commercial photographer needed help with their social media strategy to reach a wider audience and reach micro influencer numbers adding to their brand recognition. The goals were to grow the audience, and to be fully booked within six months. We reached our goals in four.

 

An app in a very specific travel niche attached to a successful concierge service serving a very local demographic was launching globally and needed all their marketing and public relations set up, from strategy to execution. They got an in depth client avatar profile to understand their ideal client better. It informed how they built and integrated the functions in their app, making the experience for the client smooth and the client acquisition and retention look effortless. We were working in a time crunch and needed to orchestrate all the out facing communication to tell stories and cast visions of adventures and exclusivity. They got a 360 solution of evergreen communication set up to mirror their app contents.

A luxury fashion brand with a 5m € turnover plateaued despite important investments in new products and HR. Firstly, we reassessed the objectives, then created a much more in-depth sales strategy and finally looked at our true needs to achieve our objectives. As a result, we managed to progressively reduce costs, reshape the offering which improved gross margin. We applied the same methodology over a period of 6 years and we tripled the turnover while achieving high profitability.

An educator training in a very specific niche needed brand awareness and wanted to attract the right audience organically. Along with their IG strategy we set them up with a podcast publishing weekly short episodes talking about hot topics in their niche. The podcast went on to win an award (it was not the goal, but a perk) and the client keeps getting a stream of highly qualified leads year after year. 

A recruitment agency needed a very simple yet effective marketing strategy. We set them up with a website with targeted SEO and strategic company and product names ensuring that they end up at the top of the search results for their key words. Their business is quite specific and local to where they are so we created and ran a radio ad with the local radio station with the most reach. We built the website so that each page is a landing page with their own key words, bringing not vast amounts of traffic, but high quality leads. With a robust and streamlined tech stack taking their clients through intake to hire they needed a very simple email campaign on the back end to have a consistent flow of new clients. 

A luxury fashion brand with a 10m € turnover wanted to expand internationally but did not have the capital necessary to do so. We looked at various scenarios but opted for partnerships with various hotels with retail spaces to showcase the products. Within a year, we managed to open 4 new stores (shop in shops) and build a small international presence which progressively resulted in opening more international wholesale doors.

A new brand of maternity wear needed sourcing of organic material for their products, a streamlined way to produce their clothes in line with their company values and all the supporting infrastructure to sell and market their products. They were introduced to a carefully researched group of material suppliers and local sewing factories to create their products. They were then set up with an e-commerce platform to sell, and a complete marketing strategy including organically growing an IG account to micro influencer status. The focus was on quality over quantity and the goal was to attract qualified buyers, not to be content creators. This was an all encompassing production with involvement in all the moving pieces.
