The three phases

 

Phase 1: Audit/assets documentation:

We look at the systems you have in place, your products and services (and how they perform), your accounts on different platforms (with engagement), email lists, tech stack and your business plan. It gives you a clear view and documentation of what you have and where you are right now and allows us to make strategic decisions on goals, milestones and investments in the phases that follow.

Ideal client avatar: we do a deep dive and analysis on your ideal client, we find out who they are, we look at your goals and metrics of success and we craft the persona your brand speaks to. In this process we dig into their internal problems so that we are able to communicate with them in their language, with their words and gestures. This needs some participation from you to clearly and deeply understand you, your brand and your ideal client avatar. Without clarity of your ideal client, you do not have a strong brand.

Market/competitor analysis: We map out where you are in relation to the other brands serving similar products and services on the market. To understand where you are on the map, where you want to be and how you can intentionally and effectively disrupt, this is an essential foundational step to build your brand.

Phase two: Strategy and path mapping

Update the business plan. This is where we update the business plan and agree on objectives and milestones to set the path for the marketing and public relations strategies to follow. 

Marketing strategy: Following your business plan and the goals and milestones outlined there we build a marketing strategy to support it. It includes planning social media campaigns, email funnels and promotional calendars. 

Estimated time to complete: 3-5 days

Public relations strategy: Your public relations strategy is different from your marketing strategy in that the goals are oriented towards communicating your brand voice, your values and positive messaging rather than directly aiming to increase sales. Depending on the milestones and the goals you are looking for it could include campaigns on various platforms such as photos, videos, conceptual event campaigns and press coverage. 

 

Phase three: Implementation

In phase three we take the parts from phase one and two and start the implementation. We look at the missing assets and add them, and we implement the necessary steps in the three strategy sections to reach the goals and milestones.
